Portland’s RMLS released our July market statistics today and there was a fair amount of not-so-great news and a couple of positive points.  At the bottom of this post are highlights taken from RMLS’s Market Action. 

I'm happy to announce that my townhouse listing at the Knott Street Townhomes in Irvington closed this week.  My sellers are pretty happy and I think that they buyers are too.  Click here (Knott Street Townhouse) for details about the property and to see the final sale price.

I went to a class at Lawyers Title last month that was put on by the Home Builders Association.  The class was about what they think we should expect to see in Portland’s market over the next few years and was reporting on how the 5 biggest builders in the Metro area were positioning themselves for what they see on the horizon.

I haven't been all that great about updating my blog page for a week or so, and one reason for that is a number of transactions that I've been wrapping up over the past couple of weeks.

The sellers of this terrific Townhouse in Irvington accepted an offer over the weekend and we're moving toward our close date.  There are a couple other townhouses in this complex for sale.
