The McCormick Pier complex is hedged between the Willamette River and Naito Parkway just North of the Steele Bridge. This is one of the most affordable complexes in Portland that offers unobstructed river views. The 200 unit complex was built in the late 80’s as apartments and was converted into condos within the last 5 years.
